After receipt of your comprehensive written (or online) application, you will be invited to an assessment day that our customer will hold in hotels (e.g. Radisson, Sheraton etc.) in various large European cities. Travel costs should be paid by the applicant.
We will start with registration of the applicants at approx. 8.30 am. Please provide your application documents for this registration.
After a first short meeting, there will be an English test with subsequent discussion. You should be able to provide spontaneous answers to specific questions, as this is the stage where our customer selects the people who will attend the next round. Then, our customer will invite the candidates to a joint lunch.
Afterwards, several group activities are schedules until approx. 6.30 pm. Following a final personal interview, our customer may provide to you a job offer, if applicable.

The free-of-charge 7-week training will take place in our customer’s training centre in the UAE.
The payment for this period of time will be 450 € per month. Board and lodging will be provided free of charge.
In case of employment with our customer, you will life in an international and multi-faceted city of the Middle East. Furthermore, you will be offered a very interesting tax free package including any benefits of the airline.
As per our information, the monthly wage is at 1,500 to 2,500 €; however, it is to be taken into account that there are differing regulations in the UAE with regard to taxes, social security etc.
